Blooming Borage
1 1/2 oz. Hendricks Gin
1 oz. St. Germain
3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4" Cucumber wheel quarted
Borage flower infused soda water
Garnish: Edible Borage flower (Photo shown with cucumber wheel garnish.)
Preparation: Muddle the cucumber pieces in a mixing tin. Add Hendricks, St. Germain, lemon juice and ice into mixing tin. Shake and strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with Borage flower infused soda water.
