Plymouth Clipper

2 oz. Plymouth Gin
3/4 oz. Aperol
3/4 oz. St. Germain
3 dashes of Regan's Orange Bitters
2 1/2 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1 oz. Soda Water

Garnish: Thinly Sliced Grapefruit Wheel

Preparation: Build all ingredients except soda water into a mixing tin with ice. Stir and strain into a highball glass over ice and top with soda.
