Afternoon Delight

1 1/2 oz. St. Germain
5 oz. Sauvignon Blanc
1/2 Fresh Orange
2 dashes of Fee Brothers Grapefruit Bitters
Top with Soda water

Garnish: Thick Orange Wheel in the glass

Preparation: Build the ingredients into a large red wine glass, squeezing the fresh 1/2 orange into the large red wine glass and discarding. Add ice and stir.
